Vodafone Fraudulent Charges for Mgossip Pack and Vodafone Alert Services

Today in the morning I checked my Vodafone prepaid balance to find that it was Re 1 which was Rs 100 last night so I checked recent charges on my Vodafone account and found charges of 50Rs for Vodafone Alert Services and 49Rs for a DNLD-D2C_MGOSSIP_PACK_49-MOBIGOSSIP which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service and it is due to the fact that I might have just visited a website which charges just for visiting the site and does not ask for prior authorization which I think was an insane response from the vodafone representative and the representative I spoke to was naive and rude.So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please.Or is that now Vodafone is trying to earn money with fraud activities and making fool out of their customers.
