Vodafone Fraudulent Charges for Mgossip Pack

I have been charged Rs. 49 for “d2c_mgossip_pack49” which i did not use, in my vodafone bill for last month.And compony is unwilling to reverse these charges.

After watching so many complaints from so many people , i am thinking that its better to port my number now.

I called customer care and asked to provide details of the package; he doesn’t have any details. Then I asked to log a complaint; he said that he cannot log a complaint because charges are shown in the bill !!! Then I asked to reverse the charges because i haven’t used any such service, he simply denied it..What a unprofessional way to handle a customer complaint.
