VODAFONE FRAUDULENT CHARGES FOR D2C_NDTV_VALUE PACK

Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 99Rs for a D2C_NDTV_VALUE pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactivate this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service. So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please.
