Rs 99 was deducted from my vodafone account(5.56283.00.00.100068) for “d2c ndtv” which i have not subscribed for, on 5th Dec 2014. I have tried to file a complaint in customer care but I didn’t get any proper response from them. Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me to let the amount refunded back-Thank You

y mobile no is 8884774305 I have not subscribed for d2c ndtv valuepk 9, then also you have deducted 99 from my account. If it is frequently occurred with your customers then I need to rethink on continuing with vodafone. I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. Please revert earliest.

I too faced the same issue twice in one week, the first incident was sorted by their customer care executive and they refunded me the balance But they again charged me for the same service two days later and now am unable to contact the customer support. God knows why such a reputed company has to do such cheap tricks with their customers to earn money…
