Vodafone frauds

I am a Vodafone Customer from Karnataka.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 75/- for downloading SHOTFORMATS_99VALUEPACK_75-SHOTFORMATS.
I’d never downloaded this service or app.When I called their Customer care for explaination they informed me that I downloaded that on 09/11/14.
On that day I have not used internet in vodafone at all.
So I request you to solve this issue immediately.
