Vodafone Fraud on Postpaid Bill.

Although I have opted for unlimited data pack, vodafone is charging for some services mentioned below without my knowledge. When I verified why my bill on a higher side, i found they have been doing this nuisance for past 3-4 months. They are giving me abrupt answers on asking the reason for these.

Should not they be heavily penalized for such activity. Many might not know what they are paying for and for how long. There had been so many complaints on your forum too. Are there any strict actions taken on them.
