Vodafone Fraud in Data Plan

I am a Vodafone Customer in vadodara using 3G data plan.

Vodafone has charged me vodafone vf connect charges of Rs131 in additional Rs 30 along with for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.
When I called their Customer Forum for explanation they had no proper explanation.
also its almost 3 to 4 times that i m paying this type of charges.
