vodafone has today deducted rs.99 from my account widout any reasn and wen i cald d customr care dey told me dat a shotformat has been downloaded in my cell which i havt ..and wen i adkf to refund the amount dey r denying…

I am also facing same issue in my current month bill and i have never downloaded such thing even a single bit.
Loosing my trust on this company as they have levied the charges in my first bill itself.
