I am using vodafone postpaid number more than two years and more than a year in data plan. but last two months they charged me for download “wapvilla_ppd” Rs.49/-
When i go to vodafone care they told it is chargable that you download some games from internet.
But i never download any game.
They told even if you click it is chargable. How did it happen. Even though if i click it should be charge only if it download some KB’s then you can charge. but not a single byte is download in my mobile.
My questions :
1.
Why Vodafone is charging without my knowledge. At least the respective site/link should denote it’s going to chargeable by Vodafone.
If that is the case, When I downloaded paid game/content from internet, it has to take me some paying gateway. Eg: when go to google play paid games/content, it will take me to payment gateway. Whereas it is not happening here.
Al least Vodafone has to give some message that its chargeable content. Do you want to proceed or not.
Without my knowledge or any message/confirmation how Vodafone can charge this. This is not at all acceptable

I started explained to Vodafone care representative the respective download site must of partner site of Vodafone.
If you are the partner at least you alert us it is chargeable.
