Vodafone Download Services

Hi Team,

as per Vodafone bill of Nov-14, i have got some download charges which is unexpected and not donw by me.

i am not aware of these charges-

dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 * 3 Times= Rs 49*3= 147 (Date 19 Oct 14, 7 Nov 14 and 16 Nov 14)

hello1_tvallsouth_30= 23 rs (22 Oct 2014).

i am using my connection from last 3 and Half year and never get that type of discrepancy.

when i call into Customer care executive. he farnkly denied to not raised any complaint and he has no answer about these services. however i told him that go and check these services on Google.com and you will find that there are lots of iconsumer facing this problem,

aftre that he raised complain no against it which is 84119022
and solution date will be 24 Nov 2014 till 2:26 P.M.

Please help me to get my amount back,
