Hi..i am a vodafone user. I have a complaint against vodafone wrong practices and their customer care staff.Few days back my balance was deducted without my consent rs 49 and 99 for some shotformat value pack and when I asked customer care they didn’ t answered me reason.i have not subscribed for any such pack nor they asked me prior permission to activate such pack.
Really they are not responding properly to us. If we have not downloaded any such formats, how can they cut such charges.
I think it is there way of earning money from customers. As we are not kid that we can’t know about any details. When we are using the net, we know what are surfing, we are not cutting any charges while we use net in any laptop or PC. It is always happen in mobile net recharge only.
Vodafone should take this matter seriously otherwise we have to fill PIL against them.
