My Complaint is Vodafone Deduct My Balance Two Time
1. At 9/07/14 I recharge Rs.195 plan (2G unlimited) but vodafone Deduct Rs.50-60 form my balance after that I call 198 number so they said its downloading charge. When I have Unlimited plan so why I pay this but Customer care person say we can’t do anything. I have written mail ([email protected]) also about this So on mail they are saying “We would like to inform you that as per the process we are unable to reverse the charges of downloading content”
2. At 18/07/2014 I saw Rs.49 Deduct from my balance. I call 198 again for this so they was saying that you downloading DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_49-NDTV but I was not download this. I have written mail ([email protected]) also about this So on mail they are saying “We would like to inform you that as per the process we are unable to reverse the charges of downloading content”
