Vodafone connection not been activated

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Vodafone Store Vashi

I had brought a Vodafone 3g stick with a sim card that was provided with and was told that card would be activited in 24hrs but 48hrs have passed but card has not been activited yet.Store from where i brought the card says wait for another 48hrs and the customer care says we cant do anything whom should we go to or should
I consider that my 1597Rs are gone

    Dear ,
    You are true yur 1597 has gone, i also purchased the same and lost Rs.1598, vodafone people is not ready to take any action ,Vodafone service is totally paralyzed. They are cheater.
    You cann’t do any thing.
