vodafone cheating in internet

I recharged vodafone unlimited 2g internet pack of rs 199 the company claiming to give the speed of 70kbps but i am getting 2-7kbps in this speed i cannot even download and sometimes i cannot even launch internet . I called them first they said there is technical problem. And they told to solve the issue. But after two calls they are not taking my calls and i dont want any refund but let them not cheat (rob) costumers. Anybody think that if they rob everyone what will be the income they get. Better please dont anyone switch to vodafon internet pack.
