Vodafone Cheating Customers

1) I have been charged for Download charges of 99 Rs for downloading hello1_tvallsouth_. The bill shows usage as 0 kb. If I have downloaded this how come the usage is 0 kb. I have checked on google & found that lots of customers have been cheated like this. These charges must be reversed. I spoke to Customer care & they had no satisfactory answer. Please do the needful.

2) I bought a new Micromax phone & received a 3G complementary data plan free for 2 months. I was already using a 2G plan but since I am using a 3G plan I should not have been charged for a 2G plan. How can one use 2G & 3G at the same time ? Besides I had also requested earlier for revoking the 2G plan. I believe this is cheating of customer & these charges must be waived from my Bills.
