Vodafone Cheating case

On the 29th of November 2011 i called up the vodafone customer care department to complain of the over billing in case of local sms as was charged Rs. 5.00 for local sms and it reflected in the INTERNATIONAL SMS of my bill. The reply i got was “emni aachhe, ay ta system e fault aachhe aapni +91 kore dial korun”. I told them that i will not pay the billed amount for the ISD SMS that i have not sent. They said that i will have to pay and they were not ready to accept the fact that its their mistake inspite of saying that “system e problem aachhe”. 3 months passed and in that time i mailed them several times asking them to send me revised bill, else close my account. Nothing happened. They called me for settlement i agreed to that and on the 5th of May 2012 i sat for settlement. An amount of 5010 was settled for 3000. The person who came to me was from UNICORN SERVICES. Inspite of asking for a settlement letter he told me to have faith on him and not to worry, he will get the settlement done. Later i came to know that it was a trait of the company just to get their commission and a month later i received a summon from the LOK ADALAT saying that i am a defaulter. I called Mr. Kamal of UNICORN; whom i had paid the amount for settlement; 100 times requesting him to look into the matter and help me with a document that would support my cause but he flatly refused to help. Finally when i went to the LOK ADALAT people from VODAFONE said that it was the company’s fault to have taken the money without settlement letter and once again i had to pay an extra amount of 1200 rupees for ANOTHER SETTLEMENT.
