   After repeated complaint Vodafone is not cooperating .it’s customer care is promising daily that your services will be start from evening but no desired result is achieved

   Sir/mam
   My mobile number 8239 339 476 I recharge this number on 23rd July 2018 with amount 199 , company claims unlimited call Plus unlimited 1.4 GB data per day
   but since 30 th of July itselfI am unable to make any outgoing call. I complainted to Vodafone customer care having number 198 and customer care executive told me that companies providing thousand minute per week and your limit has been exhausted so you will be able to talk after 30th of July .I asked detail for thousand minute that was not provided and as on today that is 31st of July my outgoing call facility is not started ..

   It is painful to complain that such type of problem is recurring with Vodafone. it happened same case with my number Vodafone number having 9982 246 002 in past.

   It means company is following wrong policies

   As on 1st Aug itself out going call is not iniated
