Vodafone cheating again

I have been charged with Rs 49 for some download – d2c_mgossip_pack49

I have not downloaded the application. Mine is iphone 5S and you have to understand that nothing can be downloaded without apple store. I checked my apple store account and confirmed that no new application by downloaded.
