Vodafone charged Rs 297 as Unethical downloading charges

i am a Vodafone Postpaid customer and since last 3-4 months Vodafone is continuously charging amount as downloading charges which is unethical and when we do call customer care they don’t provide proper explanation.My last Bill has been charged for Rs 297 as downloading charges in the name of…..d2c_mazaa_99 which is ridiculous and literally i am going to PORT my Mobile no as Vodafone services are very poor as they earn extra revenue from customers in terms of downloading charges.
Please deduct the charges……..or i am going to PORT my number as several times i have been charged for downloading charges and i am tired of calling customer care for refund.
