Vodafone Change in Plan

Dear Sir,

I am using Vodafone Post-Paid service from last 10 months. Earlier before I was using Airtel and port-in Vodafone for good billing plan.

Before changing network to Vodafone I have confirmed from Vodafone Customer Care team thousand times and every time they have confirmed that no billing plan will be change without my confirmation. And if some one confirm at any time I would not change my network from Airtel to Vodafone at any cost.

I am using Rs. 149 Special Plan and today I have received message that your billing plan is changing to Rs. 199 from Rs. 149 w.e.f. 06/11/13. I have never approached Vodafone to change plan and do not know how they can change the plan.

I am not happy with Vodafone for such kind of services and every one complaining to vodafone.

I request you to please look into the matter and do needful at your end as it is shaking customers faith in their services.

Such kind of actions from Vodafone is totally harassing customer which is not acceptable at any cost.

Kindly do needful and advise to take appropriate actions against Vodafone.
