Vodafone is one of the irresponsible and careless service provider in the industry. Examples are below.
1. I have been using my mobile number (9886729776) for more than 6 years. Couple of month someone from Vodafone helpdesk called me and asked for re-submitting the Documents (ID verification) again. I have submitted one photo and copy of passport in VOdafone Store in Bellandur. (This happened to a number which is in use for 6 years. ) The VOdafone helpdesk guys called me after 6 month and told me to re-submit it again. I told them I did it already and check with your vodafone store. The irresponsible helpdesk person disconnected my cell and without even informing me on March 14th. I went to Vodafone Store 3 times and waited for 8 days to get it de-activated. I lost all the calls which came in those 8 days.
2. After re-activating my connection on March 22nd 11PM, VOdafone person confirmed that all my previous package (internet and other tariffs) will remain same. But these guys didnt do it and added additional chanrges for my internet usage. VOdafone staffs are so irresponsible and having very rude character (Eg: Mr Nariman in Bellandur office).
3. Even after using my connection for almost 7 years, Vodafone not allowing me to use mobile portability. They want another 90 days to complete. I am just waiting for that to get rid of this issue.
