Dear Sir,
i am Vodafone Haryana Customer since last 4-5 years.All the time they are creating problem for me. whenever i recharge my no. 9813184573 the deduct amount and active new services without any reason.in last 7 days i try to connect customer care(198, 111, 121, 9813098130) but unable to connect. they are deducting amount from my account everyday without any services.
plz help me.

i call customer care 0n 18 Aug at 6:00 pm and connect this time.
According to them, balances deduction from my account is due to Net pack of Rs. 11 per Day Activated from 11 Aug. Same was deactivated on 18 Aug after deduction of Rs.88 in 8 day. i assured you sir that i never request for this services and no response to activate such services and i have no information regarding activation of this services while every time you inform through sms. Although i not use this services during this periods due to lack of information.if you inform me on the first day, i will deactivate it to same day. all this show that this services is auto active from your side and its not my fault. so you should refund my amount as soon as possible. please, in future it should not be repeated. thanks
