I m a vodafone user and vodafone company has deducted rs 99 by activating silk pack .. i never activated this pack it was acitvated by company for charging rs 99 from my balance.. i deactivated it 2 times bt it was activated again.. plz take action against it.

I am in Delhi having pre paid connection 7292044103. I from Payment for 375 on 17 June and I was giving credit of extra for it and extrab25Rs. I got a message that your silk pack was active and now RS.99 have been deducted. I sent message to deactivate twice today 15523 at about 8 o’clock but message shown failed. I have never charged before I don’t know anything about this pack nor I used it. Please stop this silk at once and refund RS. 99 in my account today itself failing which I will move to Consumer Forum and disconnect the service for cheating.

I have received a message that “holding your request for activation of Silk Pack. I have never request for this facility. Please do not activate any such facility without my permission.

Why is silk pack service activated on my number. I have never opted for any such service. I would like to get details how and when such service was activated. More ever i’m using this number for more than 6 years. And I have never opted for any such value added service. This is really disappointing.
Request to please investigate and respond why is this silk pack wrongly activated. -
Rs 35 got deducted from my Vodafone prepaid balance on 27 Sep 2016 without my prior permission for activation of service named Silk.. This is Second time an unwanted service has been activated without my Consent.. I can’t tolerate this again and again.. An Immediate Reply is needed..Not Happy at all..

vodafone debiting my account selling some silk pack and the funniest part is they dont even know what silk pack is and they say its a third party pack which i accepted online.Vodafone being such a big brand playing such silly tricks to make money is really insane and shame on their part.Upon probing more with indescent vodafone customer care executives who dnt even know what is the pack all about.

I got a msg some days back, that since i dont have enough balance silk pack is canot be activated.
So i called the customer service today and asked them if there is any pack to be activated on my phone, they confirmed that there is no pack to be activalted.
After the confirmation I rechaged my mobile and as soon as I did Vodafone deducted one day’s rental on the silk pack.
This is not acceptable, if this is not resolved within an hour or two and my money returned, I will port my connection to some other network, as this is not the first time i have been harrased by vodafone like this.
This is a final warning, I will also go to the consumer court regarding this even If have to.
