with regards to the subject vodafone has charged me for the services which was activated by thier end without my consent. it is when i received the bill of rs 7700 & 3500 on both my nos i had visited the mini store where they informed me that they have wrongly generated the bill and it will get reversed, then i visited the gallery where i received the same answer and assured that will get the call from there end and bill amt will get reversed, but dint received any call. after waiting for three days we called the customer care and enquired about the status they informed just bcoz we dint answer the bill amt will not get revised. so send the mail to [email protected] and informed abt the same there we got to know that 3G plan has been activated on my mobile wherein i dint requested from my end. after many one to one mail conversation they are not ready to help neither provide any solution which forced me to keep the bill unsettle and approch the consumer forum. have received different answer from all executives whenever called the customer care. have never send any msg or neither have called to activate the 3G services it was activated from there end just bcoz they had some 3G bundle plan available. and the worst answer i got was that my one no is prepaid as per their record and have received the bill of 3500 on it.request you to please take a serious action on them. have all conversations emails saved with me.
