This is to bring to ur notice that my vodafone number 9820247710 which is registered on my name “FARHAN R PATEL”, is carrying wrong date of birth of mine.
Now, this issue is being created by ur dealer while filling up the information in CAF form. However, now this is not acceptable by me.
The form and ur database should have
the correct date of birth of mine which is 18-02-1991.
Hence, I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible, as it becomes very difficult for the customer if info.is mismatched.
Further I request to take a strict action against the person who filled my CAF, and I expect that such an esteemed company like vodafone will take this issue seriously or else I will have to report this matter to consumer forum.
