Hi,
I have a serious problem with this Vodafone telecom. I received a one time offer of 3G 1GB Data for 155INR. I recharged it on 5th of September, The service was not activated as promised. Instead I got 2G Data. When I called up the Vodafone customer care, I spoke to a person called Vinay who didn’t even know what he was talking and was rude enough to say that he will not pass me over to a manager, then he said that he’s taken down a complaint and refused to provide me with a complaint number. He said he’ll get his manager to call me within 24hrs which didn’t happen until now. I called the Vodafone customer care again asking for an explanation and spoke to someone called Siddalingesh who said that their systems are down which happens once in a week and during this time they cannot provide any solutions or information. He then advised me about a manual setting which was absolutely wrong and said this is how Vodafone works. I call the customer care line again and speak to someone called Chethan who said that they cannot check which they say every night and he refused to put me to a manager, when I demanded that I do not want to disconnect the line, then a person called Vinod came online and said that he cannot do anything and wanted me to call in the morning, when I asked for an explanation that why was a call back not done in 24hrs, he was rude again and said he’ll not be able to provide any information. This is not the first time that I’m going through a problem with these guys. They keep deducting 49Rs for some download charges which I have not even done. Kindly get this issue addressed for me as I am sick and tired of talking to someone in Vodafone customer care who does not even have a proper communication skills to talk to a customer and mainly don’t know what is the customers calling about.
