violation of labour laws by the hotel management for lower category staff members

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: Sheraton Hotel

Sir,
As a concerned citizen,i would like to bring to your notice that Sheraton hotel,at brigade gateway in bangalore is clearly violating labour laws by making their workers to work for atleast 12-13 hours each and every day in the week for six days(excluding one holiday in a week)with minimal or no breaks.
stewards (including girls)are forced to work in this schedule like animals,
..
workers seldom complain directly due to the fear of getting fired, and harassed by the leaders and managers.
sir,
please look after this immediately as so many workers health are getting affected by this(imagine working non-stop 12 hours a day with only 10-20 mins break for meal)
you can get the details, for how long they work,
since the workers records are maintained by the company,
then you’ll come to know
that so called reputed five star hotel is clearly violating labour law and is creating a hazardous effect on the health of the workers!!
lets do the math,(for stewards)
12 hours(minimum) a day*6 days=72 HOURS A WEEK!!!
Which translates to 288 hours a MONTH!!!

now think of working like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please look after this matter soon..
it could save the future of many dedicated hard workers, from falling into depression, and other health issues
