I have purchased a Flat in New Garia, Kolkata. Which is under sonarpur-rajpur municipality area. According to Plan and also revised plan there is Security room for all purchaser. But at present it has been converted to a kitchen for 1 Bed room flat. Which has been ready for sale. I am strongly protesting this situation. Please help me.
