“Vijay Sales” service after sales is very bad.

Name of company/service: Vijay Sales Dombivali

In the month of Nov 2012, I had purchased one microwave for which I got late delivery (after continuous follow ups) as well as till date I am not able to use the instrument due to the manufacturing fault. I had immediately brought this to the notice of Vijay sales (Transaction Id 1211B241479). But till date I have not received a satisfactory call from Vijay Sales. Every time I am spending my mobile charges to just listen from Vijay sales repetitive that they will contact me within 5 or 10 minutes. But no one takes this seriously.
Sorry to say that “Vijay Sales” service after sales is very bad.

    Dear All,

    I have taken a Micromax Tab And Idea Data Card on 26th of Jan 2013 From Vijay Sales Dombivali Sales Executive Mr Rohit Promised me To Activate the Data Card By Monday on 28th Of Jan But still no progress on 29th Jan Is this kind of services Vijay Sales Provide to the Customers????
