Sir, I have purchased new 22” TFT VIEWSONIC VX2250WM LED on 10th Nov. 2011. After use of 10 months it has problem and it was blank out. Then I submit my complaint in Ahmadabad center on 9th Oct. 2012. They asked that when company sends us its parts then we will solve your problem. Sir,after long time of waiting they are not giving satisfactory answer or time limit. company is claiming to best in their advertisement but it is not. what can i do now. please give me suggestions. thanks.
