I had purchased Videocon Washing machine(top load) in the month of September 2011, since then it was working fine. but in the month of April 2012, it had encountered some problems. The door lock of machine was broken and it was making some noise with bigger sound. so then we approached the Customer Care Executive(via call) then lodged a complaint, next after couple of days later we received a call from Regional or District Distributor and he confirmed the complaint raised. The Distributor maintained that there was no any kind of Warranty under parts of machine but only can service and address the technical problem, then we agreed upon and asked him to say the price of the door and come and replace it and repair it. but from then upto till date we had called him number of times and unable to redress the problem associated with the machine. now the concern here is by September 2012, it warranty is going to be expired. So i request you to help in finding the solution as soon as possible.
