Got a VIDEOCON SILVER JUBILEE scratch card against their product purchase, Scratch value Rs.2500 which reedemed through “emartindia.in” & a cheque Rs.650 deposited (ICICI Bank, Cheque No-027477 on 16/06/2012) to “Shop online trading pvt ltd., HDFC Bank A/C no-16628640000037″as per the organization scratch card guidance. The cheque has already cleared. My Order no is-EMT1201126. I booked a Kenstar Mixer Grinder which yet not delivered, neither any communication received. The toll free number as per communication 01243041000 is not working too. I have fully cheated. If they are not able to deliver within 31at July’12 then the organize should penalize 100 times of that product value.
