Videocon Setup box problem

I am using the videocon d2h service for past two years. It has been giving problem since begining, but i ignored it, and supported the support given by Videocon. But since 25th July,2012 my set top box is not working and i complained to videocon, but still i have not got any solution, everytime they say it will take 24 hours and the problem is not solved. I had called them more than 15 times, they give assurance but not solution, please help me with this problem.
