Videocon services is very poor

Videocon services is very poor can’t watching TV but deduction  subscription no reply

Sir my Videocon d2h I’d no 85523948 .last some days I faces many problems of this company.i can’t watching TV for company’s networks problems but daily subscription 10.5 RS deduction of my account. I call to customer care but no help me .I also call them that it is your responsibility .don’t deduction my Bal and return my balance but no return deduction my balance it is not my problem it is many other customers problem pl help me .
