As i have bought the Videocon LCD Modal no. VAM 26 HG2 –FLK with serial no. 211011010195200713 as on 15th of Feb 2012 and it had a built in defect from day first since the installation done . The problem was unable to see the display. we were in contact with the local Videocon technical team for the same . The case was having delayed of many excuses given to us that the required part for the replacement is not delivering to them from Videocon and since it was delivered the part was incorrect/defected and have taken more days to serve later on. The solution to the problem given to us after two months even making many reminder to the team . But at the end of the days the problem has not been resolved and the technical team is saying for some other kind of issue in the LCD.
