Name of company/service: Videocon DTH
I have chosen Videocon DTH and paid amount for installation on 25th April.
But installation is not done due to unavailability of signals in my area.
On 27th Apr i raised the complaint for refund of amount on request of installation engineer as he is unable to install the connection. And on 2nd May again a new complaint for follow up (Complaint no. 165726510
). But till date no resolution. And i faced the below attitude in terms of customer support on phone:
Every time I called to know the resolution, they take 2 much time to understand the issue
I need to make at least 3-4 calls every day to get connected to associate
Customer Care executive put down my calls without giving proper information.
Every time i called, they told me that the issue will be resolve in a day but nothing happened.
Every time they said that the issue is escalated and will be resolved soon but no action till date
I am totally fed up with the Videocon DTH customer care, and want a quick action against them. Hence request you to please look into this matter.
