I have booked two tickets on Via.com with Reference no: FMN0UES3UXD and FMN0UES4OAM for 2154 each. NOw the ticket listed price was 2084 with discount it came to 2009. I made the payment without any problem but after completing the payment , via.com representative called me up and said that there is a fare diffrence with the airline and listed fare on via.com which I was never notified until the phone call.They said very annoyingly that I have to pay the fare diffrence. My point is that till the point of making the payment I was never notified of the fare diffrence.Than after booking why I should be paying for the fare diffrence which was never listed on the website.I am regular customer of Via.com and a frequent flyer and never ever faced such ridiculous situation on any web site. Thats unfair, after making payment if there is a fare diffrence customer am not responsible. Please look in to the matter at the earliest and generate the airline PNR which is still pending from your end.
This is a matter of great concern to me.Please take required action from your end.
