very poor service

i have gevin my spice qt 58 handset to the service center on 7-5-12 and the service request no is 24100742c50103 .
today is 28-5-12 but i cant get my handset yet .when ever i went to service center and asked about the handset they said to me that ” your handset will came in 2or 3 days but there is no return” .they are just wandering me so i need your help…….
