Shanthi Gag agency is a HP gas agency for LPG cylinders. I booked my cylinder on 06-August-2013. They have my phone number in their record and they used to call me before coming to home. Their deivery boy came on 12-Aug-2013 without calling this time. My wife went out of home for 5 minutes and delivery boy came and went away. Earlier. After that he never came again to my door althouh they were delivering cylinders daily in my society. If they have my phone number then they should have called me. I took phone number of delivery boy from gas agency and called him on 17-Aug-2013 but he talked to me arrogantely and said that he will not call me before coming in future also.
If they can make a simple 15 seconds call before coming to my home then how convinent it would be for me. And if the door is found locked once and they are coming to same building again why they are not delivering again?
