Very poor customer support
Name of company/service: MEREENA ELECTRONICS,TRIVANDRUM
Sir,I bought a samsung mobile set 3200 metro on 20-09-10 . Its serial no is 353045/04/032155/4*.Now its board is failure.I gave it to your service centre in Trivandrum,Mareena Electronics on 27/12/2010 (Tocken No -2153).It is on warranty period.Up to this day they dont service it. All of these days i called on their landphone and visit their to enquire about my mobile. All of the times they dont attend the call or said new reasons for their delay of servicing. Am i asking u this is ur customer support.Electronic equipments may came problems naturally but proper decission taken for repairing it is ur responsiblity.Unless why we bought this samsung mobile.So i kindly request you to take a proper decission to repair it or replace that handset.
