VERY POOR “AFTER SALES SERVICE”

I had purchased a Washing Machine Model ROSA VS76RSGL of capacity 7.6 Kgs from M/s Jai Hanuman Enterprises, Angul, Odisha under Retail Invoice No. 3908 dated 22.07.2012.

The machine is under Guarantee Period and has developed with some problems as with the water drain Knob.

Complaint No. BHU2703130065 lodged on 27.03.2013.

But the above complaint was closed on 14.04.2013 without rectifying the defects.

On 14.04.2013 another complaint BHU1404130001 lodged.

On 05.05.2013, the service persons attended the job but could not rectify the defects perfectly for want of spare parts.

On 09.05.2013 the complaint was closed by the service team of videocon.

I do not know how many complaints are required to be lodged.
