very poor 3G services

Location/place: vizag / Andhra Pradesh

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

vodafone is not giving me the 3G speeds even I recharge for a 3G plan. this is complete cheating. im not even getting the 2G speeds also. if i call the cust care they are not responding properly and placing me on hold for a very long times, till i finish my balance. please sir take a serious action on this.

    I recharge for a 3G plan. i m not even getting the 2G speeds also. it takes too long time to open any site, if i call the customer care they do not guide me properly, please sir some serious action on this,
