Very high chaqrges for using 3G services

I had taken a airtel 3G services and used the services. I am using HTC mobile and I never got any 3G signal indication in my mobile morever every day I was getting a SMS saying that the amount of your usage is so and so … it was around 3000, 4000, 7000 etc day after day. Hence I called the customer department and raised the issue. The customer department has assured me that this is only the message and you will be getting the discounts etc and your bill would not be that much. But fearing all I have asked to disconnect my services and the customer service person said he will charge me the prorate basis ( means only for the days used- that means for one onth Rs.240 for 10 days less than Rs240.00). Later I have activated the 2G services ( expecting a low tariff in 2G ) but to my shock the SMS continued and said 12000, 13000, and to end it said Rs.14000.00. I almost stopped using the services but still SMS amount was increasing each day.

Finally I got a bill of Rs. 6309.27 in that the data usage is written as Rs.14698.00 and discounts Rs.10400.00 and finally I need to pay Rs.6309.27. But originally I never been told by any of your persons or any of the communication which says I will be charged 14000 for just using 2GB data (or Rs 5000 odd for using 2GB- which is charged)

The customer service ( call center ) people are just explaining the policy time and again but they are unable to visualize the simple matter that for using 2GB data a customer has to pay Rs.5200.00 just for data. Which is a big shock for me. Airtel has never even bothered to look the matter.
I request you to please look the concerns of a person who has been dumped to such a low by a such a big company like Airtel which campaign for “Sathymeva Jayethe ” . Rational thinking which is clear, like in my case 1G = Rs.240 ok the 2 GB =Rs.500 or so. Their own you plan which clearly says 2GB=Rs.500. And how they can charge me such a high amount??

After several rounds of talks which are always related to only policy matters, not to solve any of the problems.

I request your kind cooperation and support for me to get my money back and compensations for undergoing mental pressure from airtel.
