Very Helpful/Co-operative/Prompt in process- Tikona Cust Appreciation

This is Vivek Doshi with user Id- XXX of Tikona Broadband. I have just got my internet account renewed with Tikona for Unifi1999.

Well, while doing this I was mainly co-ordinating with Sunita from your customer care service center and I would like to inform you that she has been really very helpful, co-operative and prompt in giving feedback throughout the process. I really appreciate her efforts as it was really difficult to get the recharge done without a credit card. Great after sales service. Good Job!
