I am WI5 user for almost 2 months in Chennai. For 1 month when i was new customer to them, they were providing excellent service. but as soon as one month is over, their service started degrading. and for last 15 days, i am not even able to surf the internet. and whenever i call their customer care, they just reply with their favorite one liner “It will be resolved in 24 hours.”. Though they say this, i am constantly calling them everyday, as if its part of my daily schedule, but they are not responding in any way to resolve the problem. One time they sent their engineer and he did something and internet worked for 30-45 mins and again the problem started. and they are not even bothered whether the customer’s problem is resolved or not. i raised 3 complaints and they closed them without taking feedback from me. and when i asked them why they closed the complaints, they say “Sir, we have to close every complaint in 24 hours.”
I dont know what to do. Please suggest
