Very bad experience

I have purchased one Ventair Melody Chimney Set on 23/10/2011 from Great Eastern Trading Co.G.T. Road, Salkia, Howrah-6. The chimney was installed at Diamond City South, 58, M.G.Road, Tollygunge, Tower 4 Flat 17B. The chimney was purchased in the name of Anil Singhania and the Tax Cash memo no. is C/05523/11-12. We started using this chimney on 9th march 2012 after we shifted to this address. Immediately 2 days after, the chimney stopped running after making a short circuit. I called the nearest ventair servicing centre in prince anwarshah road, kolkata for repairing of the chimney. After repeatedly calling them from several days the person came and said the circuit of the chimney is not working. he brought the circuit after many days and my repeatedly calling in the ventair office. Again the remote and one bulb was not working and I called several times the ventair office at prince anwarshah road, but no one responded. Finally, I mailed a complain to ventair and their serviceman came a took away the remote and said will replace it. Till now I havent received the remote back. I have called the company so many times. Their service is pathetic.

I am just regretting that why I purchased the chimney from Ventair instead of kutchina or faber. I have never seen such a bad service against a product purchased from a dealer like Great Eastern Trading Co. Daily I call at the ventair office and they say they will come the next day. but the next day never comes.
