COMPLAINT: POOR SERVICE OF AUTOVIKAS, EXIDE & CHEVROLET
CRUZE – EXIDE BATTERY PROBLEM IN 1 YEAR OLD (DL 5CAG 0222)
= There was exide battery problem with my cruze vehilce. due to which it was not taking self start
= Vehicle is 1 year old, and is covered under warranty and also under 5 year extended warranty (3+2) that I have taken seperately from CHEVROLET
= Servicing person came to my office after calling on helpline no. and repaired it temporarily so it got in working condition.
= next day i gave cruze to autovikas motibagh service centre for checking out battery issue
= SINCE 10 days, vehicle is lying in workshop!!!
= Mr. Sandeep Chopra (8826996186), workshop manager who is looking after, only gives wrong commitments to me daily and nothing else.
= Everyday he tells me that I can take back my vehicle tomorrow (next day).
Please confirm me how much time it takes to solve such kind of problem. I need a confirmation on mail from ur side about following points:
1. That what is normal TAT in your company for solving the battery problem.
2. That u don’t provide any temporary solution to the customer for running vehicle on another battery. Till the time problem is not resolved.
3. Whether the battery is covered under:
a. warranty that comes along with vehicle, or
b. Optional Extended warranty
