VaS USSD deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Imphal, Manipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: work in hotel</p>Sir/Madam, I am using the Reliance GSM number from almost last six months my mobile phone balance is being deducted by Rs. 3 every 5-6 days in the name of VAS USSD services.
