VAS SUBSCRIBED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT ANY REQUEST AND MONEY CHARGED

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bokaro&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Reliance</p>I would like to draw your attention towards the unsatisfactory value added services charges deducted from the main balance ; without any request for vas subscription being sent by the customer. It happens oftenly that the main balance from our account is deducted on the name of value added service charges; while no request is being sent from my side. Sometimes they charge Rs.30, Rs.20, Rs.25, Rs15, and sometimes even Re.1 if you have only that much balance left in your account.
