VAS Mobile TV activated without concent

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Value added service Mobile Tv was activated without concent on number 9930330090 (tata docomo) for which 33 Rs were deducted for 10 days and still service is active without information to user. This amount needs to be refund on immediate basis.
